·         If you want to pay with any of the Apps (Zelle, Vemo, Paypal) Write us or call to give you the instructions

·         The remaining payment will be paid at the end of your session

·         The tip for the therapist is not included in the cost of the massage, it is up to you.

·         You must arrive 15 minutes before your massage session, if you arrive later than the time your massage time will be shorter.

·         You can cancel the service 24 hours in advance, otherwise no money will be returned. Why? We respect your time, but we ask you the same too, if you do not attend we may be losing another client and the time of our therapist. We hope you understand

If you have any suggestions, you can make them to the therapist during the session and not after it.

Sendings must be scheduled 1 business day in advance, if it does not arrive within this time please contact the customer service line to verify the status of the shipment. (347 339 1043)

Normally they have a validity of 3 months, if in this time there is any difficulty you should contact our customer service line to generate the extension, which is a maximum of 6 more months depending on the case.

The service is carried out to the bearer of the gift voucher, it is the valid document for the performance of the service.
